Women’s Blessing CirclesThis is a two hour participatory group process for women of all ages and at all stages of life. (Babes in arms welcome.).
Once a month women are invited to join Ishara and Miriam to share inspiration, support, laughter and companionship for the journey of life. Within the ceremonial space of the Blessing Circle women are invited to sit and breathe, sing, share stories, dance and play together. We celebrate our recent successes, draw inspiration from a guided meditation, and tap into a womanly wisdom we may not have known we held inside us.
The circle ends with a creative intention setting ritual as we give voice to our personal intention for what we wish to create in our lives in the month ahead.
Healing Playshops
The Radiant Pregnancy & Motherhood Healing Playshop is a three hour group process for women who want to clear anything in the way of a joy-filled, easy, peaceful connection to life, themselves and their babes at any stage of pregnancy or new motherhood.
You will be guided through a simple, yet effective breath process to help connect you to the power of the conscious mind and to the wisdom of your body for greater aliveness in any and all aspects of life, with a particular focus upon birth and motherhood.
