ATMS accredited practitioner Joanne worked as a registered nurse for six years before leaving the workforce temporarily to become a mother of two and to complete her study of Naturopathic Medicine.
Joanne’s interest in Naturopathic Medicine stems from her own conscious conception, birth and raising of her two children. Her experiences highlighted the importance of applying naturopathic principles to pre-conception, pregnancy and post natal care and to early childhood care.
Joanne has subsequently chosen to specialise in nutrition, herbal medicine, massage and flower essences.
As a registered nurse, Joanne gained an appreciation for conventional medicine, but believes that natural medicine can play an even greater role in preventative health and treatment.
