Treana has been teaching Pregnancy Yoga since 2001, experiencing two homebirths and a special hospital birth along the way. Practice and experience have melded together to form the foundation of classes. Her focus is sharing and developing skills for women to utilise during labour, providing information around decisions and choices, connecting with baby and enjoying the special experience of pregnancy.

Enhancing consciousness during this time deepens and helps to awaken the potential of the each family member".
Treana will be teaching: Pregnancy Yoga Classes focus on strengthening the body, enhancing health and increasing awareness of the growing baby. Skills for labour such as breath awareness, affirmations, visualisation and relaxation are included each lesson.
She will also be teaching Mother & Baby Yoga - Enjoy stretching and moving your body in a safe space with your baby. Learning massage and yoga movements for encouraging growth and development in little bodies. Connecting with the joy and pleasure of the first months of life/motherhood.
